hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER, and the customers referred to below
USERS, of the “www.artcarving.eu” e-shop, referred to below
” ELECTRONIC STORE”. Each user is bound by these general terms and conditions for the entire time of using the store, from the initial entry to its exit.
Necessary conditions to place an order:
– Registration in the electronic store;
– It is possible to shop as a guest without registering in the site system;
– Valid email address;
– Correctly filled in addresses for delivery and invoicing;
– Correctly completed contact data;
– To ensure receipt of the goods;
” Modern Technologies” Ltd. can terminate the use of the online store in case of illegal access, in case of incorrect actions and those contrary to the laws of the country.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you specified. The store administrator will contact you to request further confirmation and specify a convenient delivery time. In the event that the required information is not confirmed, this automatically leads to the refusal of the order with or without further notification;

Delivery
Delivery is made with the company Speedy – until the end of August, economical delivery to the office of Speedy is free for all goods in the store. When choosing another courier service or company, the customer pays the cost of delivery.
The standard delivery time to larger towns in the country is 2 days.
Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.
Every consumer has the right to return the goods ordered by him according to the Consumer Protection Act:
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside the commercial establishment, without giving a reason, without owing compensation or a penalty and without paying any costs, except for the costs provided for in Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Where the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal from the distance contract or the off-premises contract and where the trader has not offered to collect the goods himself, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the trader or a person authorized by him without undue delay and no later than – later than 14 days, counted from the date on which the user notified the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the consumer sends or hands over the goods back to the trader before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The consumer pays only the direct costs of returning the goods, except where the trader has agreed to pay them.
The consumer must return the goods with the right to open and inspect them.
We reserve the right to refuse an order to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
There may occasionally be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, product shipping fee offers, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or refuse orders if any information on the Service or on any website is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after you have placed your order),

In no event shall Modern Technologies Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, partners, employees, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensor be liable for any damage, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages based on contract, tort (including negligence ), liability or otherwise arising out of the use of the service or any products purchased using the service, or any other claim related in any way to the use of the service or any product, including but not limited to only, errors or omissions in the content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or in any other form through the service, even if there is information about their possibility .
